If I am not mistaken, under corporation law for private companies, the majority owner can make a take it or leave it offer for minority shares. Also, the big guys here need to speak with their attorney about "minority oppression" in a private company about our rights. Look it up, it is something Billy cant escape from. There are multiple moving parts here, if everyone that can help with what they can do, we have a decent chance to get something out of this. We did win this case, as we had nothing, and now we have assets coming. We bought shares in the company that owns the patents, and our company was not sold or dissolved, so we are owners of those assets. Now we get to work the process to get paid. Whatever it turns out to require.
