It’s funny, because I was saying the exact opposite: That the company was being proactive in getting in front of a potential issue, not that LP was doing anything illegal. In fact, if they felt (but did not know for sure) that an insider might be sharing non public information, then they did the right thing.

I like ATL’s suggestion that it’s the OTC News article. But it still leaves questions open as to why would they do that without a specific purpose in mind, especially since they’re in a self imposed quiet period.

If can find any more rabbit holes to take everyone down into, I’ll do my best.
