The "intent to partner" is to CREATE the #HTLV mAb. Since we've concluded the AI portion and started already the process of CREATING, that means we could already be partnering with them to co-develop the mAb.

..in fact its feasible they may not have announced the application for patent on this one because it is being done with a partner
