I do not believe this new theory of a Reg FD issue. There is no presentation scheduled at ASCO. There is no paper being released through the conference. Seems she spoke the truth. She did not say when, and did not say not before or around that time either, which is what I kept trying to clarify in the strange interpretations of her words afterwards. She said NOTHING, in fact, about timing except that they were not using ASCO as the release point, which is not new info. The speculation was pure rumor.

We’d all know about it by now if it were a scheduled presentation or they had an ASCO late breaking paper, and it would be easily PR’d even if we did not know what it is about or all the details. So I can’t see a Reg FD issue there.
