Hey Sid,

I am not a lawyer but it sounds like;

"Proof Of Service from David Koos", reads to me that David requested the Jury trial and that he served everyone with the appropriate documents.

If this is the case, he would want a Jury trial because he would stand a better chance to show a jury that someone caused him harm. Tort Law & IP use???
