Learning I actually send an email to Dr NP about 30 minutes ago ..

I gave mine opining in each of the study

In critical

Why not to use 4 doses , IV until patient in the hospital , and change to SC if discharge before 4 weeks ..
Will this not have a better chance to be successful ?

And why 350 mg , in moderate , did we ever use 350 in any covid patients ..
I wrote , this study in Brazil will probably make us or break us in covid .

So I send that , I really don’t expect response , but maybe they will think about it ..
I am bother a little by these 2 things .
