Company officers and insiders are quite often undeservingly made out to be saints as a result of paid stock promotions.

First people are attacked.(Strickland etc.) Then when they resign or leave their replacements are attacked. Or we hear that people with no shares who are not officers of the company are still "running things."

Pointing out who and what these people are and why is not attacking anyone, nor should it be labeled as attacking.
