How many times can they say they acquired the Jupiter, FL Building? They did a PR and if they were SEC reporting they would have filed a Form 4.
If the Building were listed on the Balance Sheet, right now the company would be questioned as to how they could list the building when the Preferred Shares were not transferred until March 31st.
First people are attacked.(Strickland etc.) Then when they resign or leave their replacements are attacked. Or we hear that people with no shares who are not officers of the company are still "running things."
