If you are smart, you will just hold for a while. No point buying or selling right now. Wait for real news from Cerebain. I would imagine they are still working hard to rectify this. Those shares they issued PKG are now next to worthless unless they fix this, so they have to be feeling pressure from all sides. Not sure I've seen such a colossal screw up like this. They had like 9 months to get some easy-ass shell filings done and they neglected it.
