...and yet they bothered to add lines showing that shares were issued on Apr. 5th, 15th & 22nd.
This shows that they were still adding information. The building was bought by 1094 in 2018, so they were not waiting on the closing of THEM actually buying the building on the open market.
So, the "buying a house" comparison, is like comparing SPRV to AT&T.
