[Moving On]

The 5 Million Preferred Shares were issued to 1094 Military Trail LL on March 31st, 2021. (The last day of the quarter)
This is a merger and in effect a real estate transaction. When you go to a closing for a house the final paperwork is signed and and the funds are dispersed at the closing.
At this point we don't know when the official date when the 1094 Military Trail LLC merger closed. We do know it could not have been before the 5 Million Shares were issued on March 31st.

There was no incentive for SPRV to make sure everything was done in March. Yet we keep hearing the Building was not on the balance sheet. Yet there was not even a 1 day window for the merger to be completed based on the March 31st share transfer.
