If L is a failure or LP does not know yet what the L trial outcome will be then saying "Definitely ‘yes’ we will be reactivating the DC-Vax Direct program." would be highly misleading.

I would be very disappointed in the intelligence of buying parties/party over the last 4 days if the rise in SP was solely based on the speculation of a statement that TLD is imminent or something similar whereas a week ago NWBO said that shareholders should be patient still and they are in quiet period.

I really thought the buying was based on certification of Swanston and Direct patents news...
