Pretty clear what the intentions are with the actions taken since Howe passed. Yet we are playing with the idea of trying to negotiate with the thief.

We know what we have to do here. We must act fast if indeed what we have all been projecting comes to fruition - a win at trial. We will have some time but we must act fast. That is, unless of course a settlement is announced before 5/20.
