Try downloading Google Chrome if you do not have it already. I had a similar problem getting websites to open in Safari when my Mac OS had gotten too old to support Safari anymore. I was running El Capitan and when the Apple Support stopped for that OS, Safari soon Followed. It appears Apple stopped supporting High Sierra in December 2020.
Try downloading Chrome first and see if IHUB works through it. If it does that means IHUB will not work with your current version of Safari and it is possible you won't be able to update safari due to the Older Mac OS. It is a dumb chain once the OS is too old. Apple likes to sell new products and this is how they drive it, wicked cycle. APPLE computers usually last about 10yrs before the hardware cannot support the software, It is just something I noticed.
