I wonder what happens with Billy if we lose this case in court? I am sure the deals on paying lawyers and the financier are predicated on winning, but there are millions in costs built up by now, and somebody had to pay them. If Billy has been living off the financing, and the case is lost, can the financier come back and sue him? Or does he just go BK then, and screw all of them from getting paid back? Will be interesting to watch.
