Note that my post was in answer to post 30121 mentionning uplisting to NASDAQ. My intent was to show that wasn't even a consideration now and for some time.

If uplisting there is to be, I assume that it would be to OTCQB to start with ...

The OTCQB Eligibility Requirements
• Must have audited annual financials
• Minimum bid price test of $0.01
• at least 50 Shareholders, each owning at least 100 shares
• Have a freely traded Public Float of at least 10% of the total O/S.
• Have a transfer agent
