maybe even a share buyback when the cash is rolling in..

if expansion plans get some traction.. then we really start moving north..

believe me.. BEFORE you get excited about the NASDAQ you want Institutional money "lined up" in preparation for the uplist:)

because when you get there.. there is no magic bullet after a RS UNLESS you have strong fundamentals in place and Institutions on your side.

I've been there (successful and unsuccessful uplists to Nasdaq from the OTC)..

You think a reverse split and uplist to the Nasdaq prematurely is going to solve all your problems?.. sorry, but you need to let the management do its job.

With our reasonable OS.. we should be able to grow out of sub penny land.. and if the market cooperates (which quite frankly has been my only concern which I've voiced in the past).. we should be able to do quite well if the company executes on its plan.

Imo this is what penny dreams are made of:).. whether its .05.. .10.. .25 or to the moon!:) that is what OTC investors dream about..

and believe me.. dreams do come true:)

Its like you are trying to fit a square peg in a round hole at this point.

Will there be a right time for a major uplist?.. I believe so.

But to be honest.. I believe many shareholders will have taken profits long before that (maybe even you?)

To be honest.. I think there is a lot of value in your posting (when it comes to valuation and being reasonable with the numbers.. I like your revenue projections and how you approach GRST as a real company)..

with that said.. your inexperience with the OTC markets is becoming clear.

I agree with you.. the OTC exchange has a lot not going for it.. ha..

but one almost needs to get comfortable with the discomfort.. in order to invest here:)

Because this is where we are trading.. and all the complaining in the world is not going to change that:)

IMO all we need are great numbers.. a couple MMs who have our backs.. and the word to get out..

for the fire to start:)
