Ok so this is why I think Henry has them.

If CDEL was getting in hot water and close to being margin called. Sitting on billions of shares of PHIL one would think they would sell off driving this thing down until everyone started selling, but they haven't.

What I think happen was CDEL became involved with PHIL back in December or something like that last year. Bought a fricking ton of shares and drove the price into the run we saw with PHIL and many other stocks. Take a look at charts, so many almost identical.

Now thinking buyback wasn't going to happen they shorted PHIL back down while making a transaction with Henry. After collecting and giving Henry shares they didn't expect PHILSTERS to not let the price come all the way back down to trips and they started to do naked shares...Now they are trying to get it down, make people sell, to cover a couple billion naked shares.
