In all seriousness, why would anyone acquire/merge with LQMT? To date it is a money losing operation without indications of turning it around (unless they have some insider information). CE might be the most important field and that IP has been licensed out. There is no manufacturing capability owned by LQMT. The sales department is a joke. With all of the cost savings and reductions in force, there is probably no R&D to speak of. Lastly, the CEO is largely absent and enmeshed in multiple conflicts of interests.
Rally around LQMT. The serious investors shall be blessed and will hear the word of Li being directly communicated, almost miraculously, to them. Amen.
