I think it's unlikely and even if they did a 10-1 would be enough. Seems like these guys know what they are doing, in which case they know that to optimize their own shareholder value a share reduction is best. I won't be surprised to hear they have been buying up the float to do that. When that gets announced along with everything else this thing will fly. All in my opinion.
