Yes, it is often assumed that an R / S has to be done. But let's wait and see. If it is really that big company that is getting involved, it is not necessary. Last year it was already said that no R / S will be done. It will stay that way. I think the share buyback will happen. All participating companies and managing directors also need their shares, which in my opinion have even been bought back in the last few months without anyone noticing. Or no share buyback but have been bought into hands that are involved in the entire merger. We just have to finally get some good news about the merger and the exact companies that are involved. And the lid flies!
