An OTC stock that actually generated $100M in revenue in 1 year's time is unheard of.

Seems management decided against the patents and considering there has been no products utilizing the patents, it will have no affect on the company's financials.

Additionally, just like the form 4 shows insiders buying, they would also need to be filed when selling. So either they are illegally selling shares without filing the necessary paperwork, or they aren't selling.
