There’s more to this than meets the eye.

But the only standard they quality under Nasdaq is the Market Value category, which expressly requires a min bid of $4 for 90 days.

Posters keep making vague illusions to that’s not true, but none of those posters have shown anything of substance to suggest what other categories NWBO qualifies under. I would be happy to be wrong, but I need evidence.
