How many deaths has the CDC acknowledged as caused by the "vaccines"?

They, and their equivalents in other countries, have reported on the very few deaths resulting from blood clots caused by the J&J and AstraZeneca vaccines. And administration of those vaccines was held up until those deaths could be investigated further.

But they were only a statistically insignificant handful. And the AZ vaccine isn't being used in this country, so the CDC won't have any U.S. cases to examine.

So what other deaths have been "caused by the vaccine", and how would it be ascertained that the vaccine was the cause of death?
