Hi David, I don’t know this person and certainly don’t vouch for him but he did say the following 2 days before data lock:
No RMAT, no BP, etc. / The answer is very simple: "just process takes a long time". thats all. and update in next days. direct source. wink stay tuned.
We have to be prepared for the possibility that whatever they are waiting on (most likely journal publication but possibly buyout/BLA submission) is taking longer than expected.
This explains the no share increase vote at ASM (can’t ask for a share increase without TLD) and also the lack of an ASCO abstract/presentation. I’m not saying that’s what I think or want, but it is a distinct possibility.
I’ve repeatedly come back to this guys “pomp and circumstance” comment and DI’s similar comment about releasing complete results in a meaningful way (forget the exact quote) as well as DI’s “doing what is best for everyone” quote.
As much as I want TLD YESTERDAY, we might be in for an even longer haul :( but at the end the reward could be much larger than a TLD PR spike.
