If you are SBC and become an investor relations of a publicly traded company like NSAV, would you rather use an US address (or at least your Hong Kong address) or you will open a Seychelles-based offshore company? Who does that?

If you’re being bragged day and night as a Wall Street Investment Banker, would you not have at least a symbolic office in the US? What kind of Wall Street investment banker are they?

To answer your question, they don’t deny because they all are being paid for their services one way or the other. Who doesn’t like to be paid! Simultaneously, they’re not showing their faces or they’re not using their real company, so when times comes, they will be out of the reach under laws. GOOD BUSINESS!
