SEC won't touch James w/o enough evidence regarding STUX and Vurtuabroker, and his other enterprises...pure and simple...all the evidence I have seen could be picked apart by his attorneys...Yuen Wong, isn't he related to SBC??? now if Yuen is associating with Tilton, and if Tilton is putting out false information, I would think SBC would come out publicly against James...and the reason why James prolly only got slap on wrist from SEC, a settlement, is MAYBE because his attorneys found something that WASN'T solid...I already requested information about their relationship with JT...will post reply email...
