In no way shape or form was this some type of harmless error doctrine.

FHFA Director position was created that way with purpose and very much
done this way intentionally trying to create another rouge part of the GOVT.

The court must recognize this and treat it for what it is instead of
trying to cover up for their buddies in the GOVT.
