we agree that we don’t have any criteria to compare that small sample to the DCVax patients other than some of them were methylated and some were not (we don’t even know the numbers on that) and that they all had GBM.

We do know the numbers from the still blinded journal article:

The MGMT gene promoter was methylated in 39.6% of patients (n = 131) and unmethylated in 48.9% (n = 162)

If that is what you mean when you say we don't know the numbers.
