Your "low lymphocyte" issue you keep talking about is purely a safety issue fir the leuko process. It was never the criterion at time of actual trial entrance.

When the concept of extracting patients white blood cells was first put in play (by others), there was a concern about doing this for those with low WBC counts.

Over time, it was realized this was safe. So the safety rules were relaxed.

The WBC counts at actual trial entrance are far different from those at time of leuko,
