The case against Amarin - is a typical examble om how they have build their business. Anda cases in Courts is routine for them - that is what their specialized Law team does/how they progress.

So that the inconvenience argument for Hikma - ways more than the Fraud that killed Amarin valuation (opened the door for generics) is an absolute nonsense invalid argument no matter how you look at it.
