The USA Court System is now just ruled by politics

Judge Du's leftist politics favor Generic Drugs

She has proven it twice now

by ruling against AMRN

Not on the merits of the case

but because of technicalities

The Appellate Court Use of Rule 36

is also very telling

In essence it allows political activist judges

to Rule and not give a reason for their ruling
