Court ruling could come any day now that the extra documents required by the court have been submitted by UNDR. Obviously, the court’s original demand for submission of additional evidence had slowed this process, but now awaiting the final decision/judgment from the court.

Gonna be a fun ride when default judgment comes. UNDR wouldn’t have spent this much money or time (years) pursuing a case that they believed they would lose. They knew that it would take time, was worth pursuing, and would generate a large settlement that would completely transform their business moving forward. Default judgment is half of the good news- updates on how the company plans to use the proceeds for their business will be exciting, as well
