I expect it was the paperwork for the Series E shares that replaced the Series D shares owned by GHS. Why? Cuz if SHMP was one day late after April 15th, GHS coulda converted those Series D shares to 60 MILLION common shares. Why? Cuz SHMP failed to uplist.
