David Lazar's OTC SPAC's/CUSTODIAN Plays

I have similar thinking in mind when buying these Lazar's shells.
It all depends on who is the Custodian and his past shells history though.

For other Custodians, $10M market cap are still really cheap to get in, like Moody's, since his shells usually move up to $150M - $200M market cap.
