David Lazar's OTC SPAC's/CUSTODIAN Plays

To be more specific about $PDGO it’s still in my otc shell market cap buying range - which looks basically like this:

Market Cap of zero to $2m - buy for sure
Market Cap of $2m to $5m - most likely buy
Market Cap of $5m to $7m - possibly buy
Market Cap of $7m to $10m - might buy if I know something good about final share structure and/or the business merging into the shell.
Market Cap over $10 only if I was sure of final share structure and balance sheet of business merging in - and it justified a market cap of $20m or more.
