Do we know in what way A2-73 binds differently to S1R than say Pridopidine and why that is better?

Did the scientists, management and investors in the Pridopidine trials not think that their S1R agonist was special?

Did they perhaps have confirmation bias from their open label results making them certain that the P3 trial would succeed?

Do they think that the current modified P3 trial with Pridopidine in huntington's disease with movement disorder will succeed, and will it?
