I think that is a hopeful take Gary. I think Adam believes he has so much face to lose, he will go down with some or all of his premises. He may reform and say that DCVax may/MAY be OK, but then attack the company. I think that is about as good as one might expect. He has lost so much face attacking this company, has posted on social media in ridiculous fashion for years, showing incredible immaturity and deeply unprofessional behavior, in my opinion. No trial result can fully reform that kind of behavior. He is, in my opinion, a lost cause not worthy of a great effort to save from himself. He will capsize his tiny boat on this reef.
