I do not know about a “secret BLA”, they will apply, and it may have already started in my opinion. It’s what I would do in their situation. I think they will proceed with the process ASAP, because that is what makes the most sense. I do not think “messiness” has anything to do with it. I think it was a trial that followed FDA requirements and guidelines including the increases in numbers and other adaptations, up to and including the update to the SAP. Period.

I think the fact that we are still discussing it after shorts thought they had finished the company off, has some people upset. Otherwise, why would people care so much that this tiny company is proceeding, if “the trial is so messed up” that they will never actually apply? Why, if you’re not invested, would you even care in that instance since you are therefore complaining really that they only intend to get the data together and publish it... obviously you do not believe that. If you did, you’d not waste your days, weekends, weekdays, evenings and holidays here.
