Yep. It will be the end of custodianship plays for retail traders if no info stocks only get traded on the expert market like OTCMarkets wants. The SEC proposed the grey market for these no info stocks, but OTCMarkets likes the idea of them trading on the expert market where they and their friends will have exclusive access to buying shells getting current. If anything, It would be better to go with what SEC originally proposed- trade in the grey market- then at least we would have access if we were interested in buying.
