My guess is EVERYTHING is!
What better day than Store Bededag (Greater Bededag) here in Denmark. A national holiday, instigated 1686 by a bishop in order for people to pray and refrain from eating.
Nowadays the tradition is, that we eat "varme hveder" (hot sweet brioche buns) during the evening.
Sit tight! The fun is about to start!
