It is a good idea. I can only tell you that that is the way it will go. That doesnt guarantee we get treated fairly, but that is going to be the process. Hence why it is a good idea it have the right lawyer lined up just in case. It is like having a nuke, dont want to use it, and hope diplomacy works instead. We are inside this case to a point, and we will be working to get us what we want. There are only a couple of us in deep, IMO we dont want them to shut us out.
