When legal matters are involved, semantics is not one of them, it's either black or white... regardless, no matter how much either side scream now, comes Monday next and we will see what happens if nothing occurs before that...!! IMO, longs have a reason to be worried I assume but I think the shorts have a lot to worry about as well if not more... !
