Its just a matter of semantics regarding the wording of the SEC releases.
I dont know why they just didnt suspend for financial reporting non compliance instead.
Maybe the SEC/FINRA/FBI are trying to send another message to those using REDDIT,TWITTER and FACEBOOK to pump these garbage scams like IMNP.
Maybe the SEC/FINRA and or the FBI have more charges coming so the SEC had to cover all their bases.
In any event the scam IMNP had been suspended. Put a fork in this turkey, its done!
