Maybe the SEC/FINRA and or the FBI have more charges coming so the SEC had to cover all their bases.



When the SEC was notified about this scam by the bankruptcy trustee, complete with fake 8K's and PR's, they are likely to look for the authors, just like they did recently with the California trader who pumped a stock with fake PR's.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
