I think this comes first before the filings, meaning the filings are right behind (maybe this week) and a possible PR that will layout the direction of the company going forward. I don't expect increases in production in 2020 or profits. They may even have up their sleeve talks about plans to sell in the US. This is only my opinion, only time will tell.
