some investors will never understand what investing is..... we took a risk with a company when it was trading @ .001 (and lower), and our reward has been great.

We could of lost our initial investment, but we stayed in knowing what king of reward we could have if Cerebain was ever gonna come out of their "quiet period."

We were right, and Cerebain did come out of their "quiet period." The PPS did go up too high and too fast, and the investors that bought at the high are getting hurt.... I honestly feel for them, but we were in that same position this time last year and we made it through.

I cannot say that it will go back up for those investors, but for me this was always a long term investment with a small amount of money that I could afford to lose.
