Re: Tennessee Bar Complaint

Also report that MILLS now claims he no longer represents you, but he has never been released by you after you allegedly paid him $2500 as a retainer for services and he has nott refunded that amount (with innerest) to you prior to the transaction closing. As he eviently admits hat he was repping you if there is a CONflict waiver provision in the CONtract, seems like he has admitted that he was (else there was no reason for a CONflict waiver provision!).

Let the Bar pull his card for 6 months and let us see how helpful he can become to avoid working at MickeyDs for six munffs.

IMO, this is your best and only possibility of any meaningful recourse.

Having read the emails allegedly sent to you by MIlLS, my opinion of him is low - I see him as a lightweght. A good lawyah wood never have written many of the things in those emails. Some really, really stoopid stuff in them.

I wood file a formal complaint against him to the TN Bar and see how compliant he may become.

If you do go that route, ping me with the draft formal complaint before you file it.

BTW, if you wood haff filed a pro se/pro pauperis case agains MILLS, it ought to be brought in TN or PA, not MI. Most importantly for being able to enforce any court order or judgement against him.

BTW, per the CONtract, which state is specified as the jurisdiction for any disputes? This para will usually be a or near the end of the CONtract text.

Hell, just post the bloody CONtract here. ALL of it. As executed, unless it has an explicit CONfidential clause, and even then it is up to you. I cannot suggest that you do that. What can they do - try and gett blood from a stone? Your call.
