I hired Steve as Chief Legal on 3/1.....and I paid $2,500 CASH PAYMENT RETAINER...to hire STEVE MILLS

File a formal complaint against him with the Tennessee Bar for nott explaining to you that you were waiving a CONflict he had by also representing XU on the other side of the deal.

Even if there is a CONflict waiver embedded in the CONtract, inform the Bar that MILLS never explained it to you and you didnt know about it until AFTER they allegedly stiffed you afterwards.
