INTERESTING....first I read a written email like this.....ACCR HAS A DEAL! YES!

I just want everything done properly. I don't want any more money. I don't sell ACCR stock period! TO ANY NEW SHAREHOLDER--->who reads this....i do not day trade ACCR please!

just now studying past recent emails...check out what STEVE MILLS.....by attorney of record....I hired Steve as Chief Legal on 3/1.....and I paid $2,500 CASH PAYMENT RETAINER...to hire STEVE MILLS when I first solicited him, and found him on my own...more discovery.

Please give me your lawyer's name and number and I will be happy to speak with him or her. In the meantime, please refrain from making untrue statements concerning the company, Mr. Xu or this transaction. Also, filing documents with the State of Florida on behalf of the company when you don't have the legal right to file such documents is fraud. Making false statements regarding the terms of your deal with Mr. Xu is fraud. You negotiated the deal with Mr. Xu and you need to honor your agreement which is in writing and for which you were paid.
I don't believe that I called you a liar because lying requires the intent to be untruthful. I only pointed out to you that you were untruthful. I never offered an opinion regarding your intent.
However, once again, you have made an untrue statement in this email. There is no "breakup fee". Quit fabricating untrue statements. The terms of your deal were in writing and you signed it, you accepted the funds, and you partially complied. In legal terms, there was an offer, an acceptance and consideration was made. That makes a legal and binding contract.
If you will refrain from making the outrageous and false accusations and let Mr. Xu finish the process, your investment will be significantly more valuable than it is today. Mr. Xu does have a deal that will benefit all shareholders but it will not happen overnight. Since you are not an officer or director, you are not allowed to know the terms of any deal that is pending. So please be patient and you can enjoy the fruits of your labor.

HEY DUMMY!!! Read FLORIDA STATE STATUTES....There must exist an appointment by me for Robert Xu. I never signed any document appointing ROBERT XU as a Director of ACCR, so....WHOA...slow down.....the week of the MERGER 3/14 ----> you went missing for like 2 days, and Robert XU called me like crazy at least 5 times....my cellular...my home.....he called me looking for you!!!!!!!!!! I had to do a 3 WAY CONFERENCE CALL....a couple of times. Show me 1 Document signed by me, whereby I appoint ROBERT XU as Director of this FLORIDA Corporation? There is none, and a JUDGE here in Ottawa District Court will settle our dispute properly, and get the MERGER DOCUMENTS properly done, and get all the bills squared away. There is no fraud, just a bunch of verbal broken promises on this deal....unreal...
